Today is a big day for Marinette: she and her friends Mylène, Rose, Juleka and, of course, her BFF Alya, have come up with a theoretically foolproof plan to help Marinette ask Adrien out on a romantic stroll! But nothing goes as planned and Adrien’s bodyguard, annoyed by the girls, soon becomes a prime target for Hawk Moth. However, as the latter tries to akumatize him, the Gorilla calms down and the akuma turns to another prey: a young child crossing its path and frustrated because his mother won’t let him have a lollipop.Now Gigantitan, a giant baby with incredible strength, the child crisscrosses Paris looking for a lollipop and destroying everything in his path! Will Ladybug manage to stop Gigantitan? And Will Marinette go on the romantic stroll with Adrien?

Scene: Marinette’s room. Marinette and Alya have a meeting with Alix, Juleka, Mylène and Rose.
Alya: Thanks for showing up, girls. So check this out. I have the…biggest…scoop! But FYI, it’s seriously quiet. Top secret classified information.
Alix: Do you know who Ladybug is? (Juleka, Mylène and Rose gasp)
Alya: No, but it’s almost as hot. Marinette is-
Marinette: Wait, Alya. (whispers to Alye) Do you really think that’s such a good idea?
Alya: I don’t think so, I know I do. But remember, girls, your lips are sealed. I have it?
Girls: Mm-hmm.
Alya: Well, Marinette is head over heels for someone.
Alix: Yeah, Adrien.
(All the girls laugh at Marinette.)
Marinette: What? But how did you know?
Mylène: Well, that’s pretty obvious.
Marinette: So, you think…I think…Adrien knows too?
Rose: No way. Guys never deal with things like that.
Girls: Mm-hmm.
(Marinette breathes a sigh of relief.)
Alya: Okay, let’s get to the point. Your job, if you choose to accept it, is to arrange a ridiculously romantic date between Marinette and Adrien.
Rose: Oh, that’s so sweet!
Alix: Great!
Juleka: Big time!
Mylène: We know we can always count on you, Marinette; so you can also rely on us.
Marinette: Thanks, girls.
Alya: You’re awake, Marinette.
Marinette: Alya and I came up with a plan. It’s called “Operation: The Secret Garden.”
Mylène: Excuse me, but why do we need a plan? I mean, can’t Marinette just go up to Adrien and ask him out?
(All the girls start laughing.)
Alya: Really, Mylène? We’re talking about Marinette here. Now each of you will have a code name based on a flower. Alix, you will be “Violet”. Mylène, you will be a “Sunflower”. Julek, you will be “Rose”. And Rose will be “Tulip”.
Rose: Um, why isn’t my name “Rose”?
Alya: Because “Rose” is your real name.
Marinette: It won’t be a cover name if we call you “Rose”. (Rose thinks for a moment) “Buttercup” has a photo shoot at the Trocadéro fountains this afternoon.
Rose: Hmm…
Alix: (whispering to Rose) Adrien!
Rose: Oh!
Marinette: His bodyguard, aka “babysitter”, will be waiting for him in a car on the other side of the boardwalk, in the “wagon”. He’s supposed to take “Buttercup” back home after the photo shoot, but that’s not going to happen. This is where you come in. (All the girls nod their heads) First step: “Rose” will have a fake “No Parking” sign. Goes to-
Mylène: Um, who is “Rose” again?
Rose: Me, of course!
Alya: No, Rose. This is Juleka. You are “Tulip”. (again points to the girls in order) “Violet”. “Sunflower”. “Roses”. “Tulip”. (groans as Rose still doesn’t get it)
Marinette: So, first step: “Rose”, you’re going to put up a fake sign next to “Carriage Nanny”.
(In a fantasy scene, Juleka places her fake sign next to the bodyguard’s car.)
Marinette: (narrating) Second step: “Sunflower”, you go find the policeman and say to him: (imitating Mylène’s voice) “Hello, policeman. Look! That car is parked illegally”. (mimics Roger’s voice) “Well, don’t say! I’ll enforce the law right now! Thank you, young lady.”
(Roger signals the bodyguard to move the car to another location. The fantasy pauses for a moment.)
Marinette: Step Three: No more “babysitter”. (All the girls nod their heads) Step Four: “Tiger-Lily” will let us know as soon as “Buttercup” is done with the photo shoot.
Alya: (points to herself) “Tiger-Lily”.
(Back to the fantasy scene, Alya signals that Adrien is done taking pictures.)
Marinette: (narrating) But instead of meeting the “babysitter”, Adrien finds…
Alya: “Lotus”!
(The fantasy stops for a moment.)
Rose: (starting to understand) It’s Marinette!
(Juleka pats her on the head for Rose in approval.)
Alix: (uses “quotation mark” hand gestures) But when “Buttercup” sees that the “car is” gone, she’ll just text her “Nanny” right?
(Close-up of Marinette’s mouth.)
Marinette: (giggles triumphantly before we zoom out again) Impossible. “Buttercup” always leaves her personal belongings in the car when she’s on a photo shoot, even her phone! (reverently) Such a professional!
Alix: (whispers to Rose) She knows everything about Adrien! Scary, isn’t it?
Rose: Yes! It’s so romantic!
Marinette: Well then…
(Back to the fantasy scene, Adrien sees Marinette.)
Marinette: (narrates and mimics Adrien’s voice) “Hey Marinette!” (They walk closer together, the Eiffel Tower in the background as several pigeons fly away) “What are you doing here? What an incredible crazy coincidence!” (normal voice) This is where the “Tulip” starts! You signal the rickshaw driver to come and park in the nanny spot, and then I just have to tell Adrien—
Alix: (interrupting the fantasy with a silly expression) Bdi-di-di-di, di-di-di-di, di-di-di-di-di-di-di-dii!
(All the other girls laugh at Marinette.)
Alya: You’re right, that’s usually how it goes!
Marinette: But this time I’m really ready! I have you with me. I will, I promise!
(The girls cheer for Marinette.)
Mylène: You will be great!
Alix: Woo! Yeah!
(Back to the fantasy scene, Marinette is about to ask Adrien.)
Marinte: (netarrating) So I tell him, “Since your car isn’t here, we could go home together. Hey, look! That’s co-inky-dink! There’s a rickshaw!” (mimics Adrien’s voice) “Wonderful idea Marinette! I’ve always dreamed of riding a rickshaw with you!” (Marinette gets into the rickshaw, dragging Adrien with her; then speaks normally) We take a really romantic ride along the banks of the Seine and over the Pont des Arts bridge, where we happen to run into André, darling. ice cream maker! (Marinette and Adrien get out of the rickshaw, holding hands. André presents them with ice cream, a green scoop on a pink one) Then “Violet” drives by and showers us with rose petals! (Marinette and Adrien share ice cream) It’ll be perfect!
(The fantasy ends.)
Rose: That’s…that’s…so beautiful!
Alya: Any questions?
Juleka: (raising her hand while Alix facepalms) Which flower am I again?
Rose: You are “Rose”. It is like that, right?
Marinette: Mm-hmm.
Rose: (triumphantly) Yes!
Marinette: (All girls join hands) “Operation: The Secret Garden”, it’s here!
(The girls raise their hands and cheer.)
